This year's
ministry theme focuses on four key areas of our life:
FAITH - FAMILY - FRIENDS - FELLOWSHIP
|
There ought to be a constant, spiritual renewing of our
mind and renewing of our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ as we
continue to grow and walk with him day by day. 2 Corinthians
5:17 says this: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new
creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" It is our earnest
prayer that if you don't have a relationship with the Lord, that you
would seek him first! Pray that the Lord would make YOU a new
creation - that the old man would be put away, and that there would be
a renewing in your life, whereby you walk with him day by day!
Confess to the Lord that you are a sinner in need of forgiveness -
repent of your old, sinful ways and ask the Lord to help you
live for Him, believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal
life in Heaven and receive that gift of eternal life through Him...
Truly, the Lord truly will make ALL THINGS NEW!

| Sons of Harmony - In Concert:
On Sunday, August 24th, we will have special guest, musical
entertainment provided by the "Sons of Harmony" barbershop chorus.
Come during the Sunday Morning Service at 10:30am to enjoy this special
entertainment event! |

for the Summer?..

It's so easy to plan for the perfect vacation or Summer retreat -
something that many of us begin pondering during the upcoming Summer
months... |

member of Sunnycrest Baptist Church or any other church, that you
continue to remember your tithes and offerings while you start thinking
about Summertime planning. |
Super 60's is
on Summer Break!
We had a great time...
But Super 60's has gone to Summer
break. We truly love our Super 60's participants - we have had a great
time loving you and spending time with you over this past year, but with
Summer right around the corner and everyone's schedules filling up with
vacation, projects around the home and other activities, it's also one of
the busiest times of the year - take a break! We'll see you in the
fall - you'll receive an announcement to alert you of our intention to
"start back up" later on in the year. You can also check the website
to see when we're going to return. Thanks again folks and have an
excellent, blessed Summer off!
